Our story

HELØS is an independent alternative-rock project blending atmospheric soundscapes, soaring melodies, and introspective songwriting.

Inspired by the cosmos and the connections that define our lives, HELØS explores the tension between the vastness of the universe and the intimacy of human experience.

The music moves between darkness and light, isolation and connection, uncertainty and possibility.
